Our clinic is open from Monday to Friday, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM including public holidays. We are closed on Saturdays.

Health, Fitness and Performance
During a fitness assessment, we will evaluate your current fitness level through various tests such as strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. This helps us create a personalized fitness plan for you.
To prepare for a massage session, communicate your needs and any medical conditions to your therapist, stay hydrated, and eat a light meal beforehand. Arrive early to relax and settle in, shower for a fresh start, and wear comfortable clothing. Remove any jewelry and practice deep breathing to calm your mind. Avoid scheduling strenuous activities afterward to allow time for rest and relaxation, ensuring you maximize the therapeutic benefits of your massage.
Yes! We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines. We also incorporate bodyweight exercises and functional training techniques to keep workouts challenging and effective.
Treatment sessions are based on the needs and wants of the client. Some clients have requested longer sessions of 90 minutes to 2 hours or more. Most workout sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each treatment and workout as effective as possible.
