General Questions

We offer a range of services including massage therapy, Functional Range Release®, Functional Range Conditioning®, structural and fitness assessments, personal training, Joint Mobilization & Strengthening, Post injury: Joint & muscle rehabilitation and performance optimization.


Our clinic is open from Monday to Friday, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM including public holidays. We are closed on Saturdays.


You can book an appointment through our website, by calling our office at [+1.208.400.1611 ], or by emailing support@theclearwatermassage.com. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. 


Our rates vary depending on the service and duration. Please visit our website or contact us directly for detailed pricing information.


We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options such as Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time of service.


We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.


While we do accept walk-ins, there is no guarantee of availability. We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability and reduce wait times.


Please bring, any relevant medical records, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise or a massage session. It's also important to be adequately hydrated for your treatment session.


We value your feedback! You can leave a review on Google, Yelp, or our social media pages or speak directly with our staff.


We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Massage, Fitness and Performance

  • To prepare for a massage session, communicate your needs and any medical conditions to your therapist, stay hydrated, and eat a light meal beforehand. 


  • Arrive early to relax and settle in. Wear comfortable clothing. Remove any jewelry and practice deep breathing to calm your mind. 


  • Avoid scheduling strenuous activities afterward to allow time for relaxation, ensuring you maximize the therapeutic benefits of your massage.


Yes! We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines. We also incorporate bodyweight exercises and functional training techniques to keep workouts challenging and effective.


Treatment sessions are based on the needs and wants of the client. Some clients have requested longer sessions of 90 minutes to 2 hours or more. Most workout sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each treatment and workout as effective as possible.
